c) All product images shown are not to scale and the products you receive may vary slightly in appearance.

3. Purchasing

a) To purchase from our website you must be over 18 and a resident in the United Kingdom.

b) We only ship online orders to locations within the United Kingdom. (For orders from outside the UK please contact us directly via email or telephone to discuss further)

c) By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto hauliers).

d) We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to us directly.

e) We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made

f) An email will be sent to confirm dispatch and delivery dates.

g) Full payment for goods and delivery is required prior to dispatch

h) All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions accepted

i) VAT will be charged additionally on all prices (including carriage) at a rate of 20%.

j) It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify the correct email address of the recipient

 

4. Delivery

a) Customers can specify the day you would like to receive your order by clicking on, 'NOTE TO SELLER' on checkout.

The earliest you will be able to receive your goods is 2 working days from the purchase date.

b) Delivery prices start from £30

c) All goods shall be delivered Monday-Friday and need to be checked and signed for on receipt by the purchaser (or a named individual allocated in writing by the purchaser)

d) The Buyer shall make all arrangements to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

e) The Buyer must notify the Seller of any loss or damage to the Goods within 24 hours of delivery and the Goods shall be either held by the Buyer for inspection by the Seller or returned to the Seller at the express instruction of the Seller. If returned the Goods must be in their original packaging.

 

5. Acceptance of the Goods

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Kuci Design. It is our aim to offer you quality products at outstanding value for money.

a) Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used or installed

b) The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods 24 hours after delivery to the Buyer. After acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject Goods which are not in accordance with the contract. All discrepancies, including damages and shortages, must be reported to the Seller within 24 hours on receipt of the order. Credits and refunds will not be offered after 24 hours.

c)If pallet/goods appear to be damaged at point of delivery, mark as 'damaged' when signing for the goods. A picture will also be necessary. Kuci Design will not accept claims for goods damaged in transit that was signed for as being in good condition.

d)Returns Policy

i) No goods delivered to the Buyer which are in accordance with the conditions will be accepted for return without the prior written approval of the Seller in accordance with the Sellers returns authorisation procedure and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of the Seller.

ii) If the Seller agrees to accept any such Goods for return, the Buyer shall be liable to pay a handling charge to cover the cost of the original delivery and the return, which is at the Seller’s discretion. If the buyer would prefer to arrange for the return of the goods, then they must be returned carriage paid, to the Seller in their original packaging.

iii) Kuci Design have the right to charge a restocking charge for returns up to 25% of the original purchase

 

6. Payment

a) Our online store uses the PayPal checkout gateway

b) All payments will be taken in UK Pound Sterling

c) We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure. Unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

 

7. Business Customers

a) If the goods are intended for use for business purposes we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods.

b) Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
